Where do you offer online therapy?

I provide secure online therapy for individuals across Illinois, where I am licensed. I am also authorized to practice in PSYPACT® participating states, which include the following states as of January 2025:

Do you accept insurance?

I’m an In-Network Provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. I’m an Out-of-Network Provider for other insurance plans and can provide a Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can possibly be fully or partially covered. Please contact your provider directly to verify your plan’s benefits and restrictions.

Below are a few questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it, and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Can I use FSA/HSA funds?

Yes, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life is often unexpected. When possible, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full rate for the session.
